Application Guide

Applying to The Ganas Network is meant to be simple to make joining our program more equitable.

Additionally, we’ve modeled our application after a standard job application to give prospective fellows the opportunity to practice the job application process in a low-stakes environment.

To apply for either the Activate or Advance Fellowship, you will need to fill out this form with the following:

Submission Deadlines

We accept applications on a rolling basis. However, we like to finalize our cohort two weeks before our virtual program begins and a month before our in-person program begins to give us enough time to plan. However, if you are applying a little late, reach out, and we may be able to work with you!

Application Process

After your application has been reviewed, you may be contacted via email to schedule an interview. Once you have been selected as a Fellow, you will receive an invitation and the next steps to join our fellowship.

Application Resources

If you’re unsure what to include on your resume or how to write a cover letter, that’s okay! We can help with that during the fellowship. In the meantime, many of your colleges & universities will have a career resources department that can offer individualized coaching to write your resume or cover letter (even if you’ve already graduated). Your tuition paid for it, so we highly recommend using this resource!

Preparing for the Interview

Don’t sweat it! Think of the interview as just a conversation for us to learn more about each other. However, you can always check out this Interview Guide we created as a resource for our fellows to assist in their job search.
