Mohsin Hussaini
My name is Mohsin Hussaini, and I am a Finance and Accounting student at Leeds School of Business. I have graduated from DSST Green Valley Ranch High School. One big way my charter school impacted my success was by instilling a sense of leadership and community engagement, which continues to inspire my work today. My mission is to equip individuals particularly those in underserved communities with the financial literacy tools they need for long-term economic independence.
Professionally, I have been fortunate to explore several roles that align with my passion for wealth management. I served as a Relationship Banker at Wells Fargo, then moved on to become a Retirement Planning Consultant at Transamerica, and I am currently a Finance, Compliance, Policy, and Benefit Administrator with Bibbeo. Each position has given me insight into the different facets of financial planning, and the importance of client-focused service.
Moving forward, my goal is to become a Financial Advisor who creates accessible programs to help people learn about budgeting, investing, and financial best practices. In my free time, I enjoy exploring financial technology and behavioral finance to see how we can foster more inclusive financial services. If there is one way I think our education system could change for the better, it would be to integrate hands-on financial skills into everyday learning. Empowering students early on with basic financial literacy can build a generation confident in making smart financial decisions.
